Autumn emerging

It is an hour until noon. We are at the park. The wind is blowing, the skies are grey. The Canadian geese are calling out as they fly overhead. A few aged sunscorched leaves are fluttering down and sporadic raindrops find us in the breeze. The pans of the scale are shifting again with the heat of summer now beginning to balance out the chill of the dark season ahead. Autumn blessings.
